Troubleshooting

We want you to have the best possible experience of the Mobitel network. However, you may occasionally have a problem using our services. If you do, before you contact us, please take a few moments to read through our troubleshooting guide for tips and advice about the most common problems. Should you feel that your problem still has not been eliminated, then please don't hesitate to contact Customer Care.

 

I don't receive a signal on my mobile.

I have a signal but cannot make or receive calls.

There's a recording of "This network feature is not provided on your service"

I cannot recharge my pre-paid account.

I don't receive Missed Call Alerts.

My GPRS / MMS is not working.

I cannot send / receive an SMS

My phone requests a PIN/PUK code
