What is new in SMART?
SMART-5 just got Smarter. Now SMART gives you a whole load of benefits that no other prepaid service can match.
What do I get in this new SMART service?
- In addition to the best call charges in the market, now SMART offers you 2 minutes free for all incoming Video/Voice calls at all times,
- Mobitel to Mobitel (M2M) incoming Video/Voice calls free at all times,
- Mobitel to Mobitel (M2M) Outgoing Video/Voice is just Rs.2/- per minute from 6.00am to 6.00pm daily.
- Mobitel to Mobitel (M2M) SMS is just Rs.1/- per message and MMS is only Rs.2/- per message.

I'm an existing SMART user do I get those new benefits?
Yes of cause, if you're an existing SMART user you will get 2 mins incoming Video/Voice totally free and the new M2M Outgoing and incoming Video/Voice benefits instantly. If you have been with SMART for over 1 or 2 years you can get the loyalty benefits as well.
I'm a Package A/C/5X4 user Do I get the above benefits?
If you're in any other package than SMART-5 you will have to change your package to SMART-5 to get the above benefits. Now you can change your package free of charge to SMART 5, no package change fees at all.
What's the new SMART Loyalty benefit?
Now SMART rewards you for being Smarter.
- If you have been SMART for over 1 year, 10% reduction will be given for all your Video/Voice call charges, SMS, Video SMS & MMS charges,
- If you have been SMART for over 2 yeas, 20% reduction will be given for all your Video/Voice call charges, SMS, Video SMS & MMS charges.
How do I get the Loyalty benefits?
It's totally automated. Once you complete using 1 year you will get the 10% discount automatically and once you complete the 2nd year another 10% discount will be given. We will be sending you a SMS to inform you when you reach the 1st and the 2nd year benefits.
No registrations or questions asked. That's why we say SMART is simplest and the coolest prepaid service in the market today.
I'm a Package A/C/5X4 user, how do I get those loyalty packages?
It's the same as explained above. It's all automated.

What is Any-8 feature?
Any-8 is the SMARTEST feature in the market designed to keep any 8 of your friends & family numbers constantly in touch with you at a very cheaper rate. The best thing about this feature is you can choose any 8 (local) mobile or land numbers; no restrictions at all.

How do I get it connected?
It's very simple. Just type as follows: "any8act# eight numbers you wish to enter (# key in from of every number & no space)" and send to 7678. You can enter all 8 numbers at the time of the activating or even 2 or 3 numbers as you wish. Activation fee Rs.10/-.
E.g - if you want enter just 1 number at the time of activation & the number is 0112700700 you should type: any8act#0112700700 and send to 7678.
How do I get my currently active Any-8 numbers?
Just type " myany8 " & send to 7678. Your currently active 8 numbers will be sent to you via SMS.
How do I change my existing Any-8 numbers?
Please note that the free of charge change is allowed only 8 times per 30 days after you activate the feature. Extra changes within this 30 day period will charge you a fee of Rs.10/- per change.
To change your Any-8 numbers please type " any8chg#existingnumber newnumber " send to 7678. E.g: if you existing number is 0712123456 & you want to enter 0712000000 as the new number, you should type,
" any8chg#0712123456 0712000000".
What if I want to delete one/more of my Any-8 numbers and not enter a new one?
Then all you have to do is just type a SMS as follows: "any8del#number" and send to 7678. You will receive a confirmation with the number you have deleted via SMS.
How do I Disconnect this feature when I want to?
Just type "any8dact " and send to 7678. Please note that feature activation fee of Rs.10/- will be charged when you activate the feature again.
What is Incoming Free Feature and how do I connect it?
It's another great benefit you can add on to your current SMART connection. Once you activate this feature all your incoming Video and Voice calls will be totally free at a daily rental of Rs.5/- per day. First time activation will be free for this service, but if you deactivate and re-activate the feature again Rs.10/- will be charged per activation.
Also when you activate this feature, Any 8 feature will be given to you free of charge and in the same daily rental.
Its very simple to activate the feature, all you have to do is just type " allincfree " and send a SMS to 7678. You will receive a confirmation via SMS once the feature is activated.

Yes you can enjoy both these great features at the same time, and there will be no additional charges just Rs.5/- a day.
How do I recharge my account through SMART recharge card?
For quick recharge - Press*102*, type the PIN number in the scratch panel of the SMART recharge card, press # (hash) key and then press "SEND" or "OK" button in phone keypad.
How do I check my SMART account balance?
For quick account balance - Press*100# (hash) and then press "SEND" or "OK" button in phone keypad.
FAQ SMART Share
What is SMART Share?
SMART Share is another cool feature introduced by SMART prepaid service. This unique feature gives you the freedom to share your credit with your friends who has SMART connections. If any one of your SMART friends runs out of credit you can just make their day by sending a simple command to transfer some credit from your phone to your friend's phone.
How do I activate this feature?
You don't need to do a special activation. Your SMART connection is automatically enabled for this feature.
How do I send credit to another SMART connection?
Simply type as below,
*448*PIN*071_ _ _ _ _ _ _*amount# & SEND
It's that simple. You can send any amount starting from Rs.10/- to Rs.2000/-. Also both you and your friend will receive SMS's confirming the sending and the receiving amounts. All credits transferred will have a maximum validity period of 30 days.
What will be the expiry date if I already have a balance at the time of receiving a credit?
Your existing expiry date will be extended by 30 days once you receive a credit, but to a maximum of 180 days. For example if your current credit is Rs.50/- and is expiring after 100 days and you received an Rs.10/- credit, the total of Rs.60/- will expire after 130 days. The expiry date will not exceed the maximum of 180 days.
How much does it cost me to send a credit to another phone?
It's only Rs.2/- + government tax per transaction.
What is my PIN?
PIN (Personnel Identification Number) is a 4 digit number assigned to your phone. Just type "PIN" (or pin) and send a SMS to 4480 to receive this number.
How do I change my PIN?
If you need to change your existing PIN, you can do so by dialing 141 & pressing 4. The voice prompt will give you the necessary guidance.
