What are the features available on this new SMART Pre Paid plan?

The features which will be available on the new floor rate tariff plan are as follows:

  • SMART 3G Daily delight
  • SMART Loan
  • SMART Auto roaming
  • SMART Recharge Bonanza
  • All Value Added Services

Can I enjoy the Mbest Friend, SMART Freedom and SMART Abacus features on this new floor rate Tariff plan?

Mbest Friend, SMART Freedom and SMART Abacus services are not available on the New Smart Pre Paid tariff plan.

 

How do I obtain the New SMART Pre Paid Plan?

New SMART Pre Paid connections sold from the 15th of July 2010, will be subscribed under the new SMART Pre Paid Plan. send it to 7678.

 

I had obtained a SMART pre paid connection before the 15th of July 2010,which tariff plan will I be subscribed to?

The tariff plan which you had subscribed will be as follows:





TRC/M/09/02(P)

*10% SMART Bonus Discount applies after the 1st Year
and 20% SMART Bonus Discount applies after the 2nd Year.
However this will be subject to:

  • a minimum outgoing call charge of 50 cents per minute to Mobitel Numbers and
  • Rs.2 per minute to any other local number.
  • ** To Nominate any two Mobitel Numbers as M Best Friend (MBF) Call and Press


    I had obtained a SMART pre paid connection before 15th July 2010; can I change my package to the new SMART Pre Paid plan?

    Yes, you can switch to the new tariff plan free of charge by dialing #111# on your handset and selecting option 1(“Change to new package”) on the menu.

    I had obtained a SMART Pre Paid connection before 15th July 2010 and changed to the new SMART Pre Paid plan can I switch back to my previous SMART Tariff plan?

    Yes can to revert back to your previous tariff plan free of charge by dialing #111# on your handset and selecting option 2 (“Reverse to previous package”).

     

    I have a SMART Pre Paid connection which I was obtained before the 15th July 2010 which I have not used for some time; can I continue to use this connection on previous tariff plan?

    You can continue to use the connection on the previous tariff plan by recharging your account if your account was in “suspend” or “disable state.”
