A deposit should be kept if required by the company along with a letter from the company giving details of the mobile number, the period the facility will be needed. (If it is not permanent roaming.)


• SMS Roaming
  An application should be filled along with a letter from the company requesting for the option. A non refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged.
  
  

• Dual SIM Facility

  The feature programs two post paid numbers to your SIM and when roaming you can select the second number to avoid unnecessary calls and receive those which are essential to you.
  

• Pre Paid Roaming
  

  This facility has no registration fee and is currently available in 40 countries.

  GPRS facility is available in 47 countries and enables customers to surf the web, check mail, read news or simply do anything online.

  (*Customers should have this feature activated prior to departure or the customer should manually configure the settings after departure.
