SLTnet

The SLTnet service from Mobitel is another new product whereby customers can top up their Internet account via their mobile connection by their account balance. This service can be accessed with a login number (your Mobitel phone number) and a password through the Mobitel Menu.

SLTnet Internet access is provided with following features:

1. Online usage report to customer; the customer can view current month's and last two months' internet access
2. Customers can view current month and last two months' transactions and current account balance.
3. Customer can change the pin number to any alphanumeric password.

The validity period of credit purchased will be proportional to account balance, as follows.

• Rs. 50-200 - 90 days
• Rs. 200-500 - 180 days
• Rs. 500-1000 - 365 days

The service will be available under MobiServices in the Mobitel Menu and can be accessed as follows:

• To use this service first the user has to top up his account.
• To top up, the user has to select SLTnet Top up from the Menu. If it is a new user, he/she will receive a password from Mobitel and confirmation of the top up purchased via SMS.
• User can enter SLTnet Pre-Paid denominations such as Rs. 50, 200, 500, 1000 or any custom denomination not less than Rs. 50.
• With the use of that password and their mobile number, users can set up a dial up connection.
• The top up SMS will be charged at Rs 2.00.
• The relevant top up value will be deducted from the customer's Mobitel pre-paid account balance.
• Customers can check current surfing balance via SMS.
