Subscribers can channel doctors dialing 225. In addition to the shortcode charges, the customer is charged the doctor's fee and the hospital fee along with the channelling fee in every successful booking. The fees mentioned above will be added to their bill.

The eChannelling process:

1. Dial 225 to access the eChannelling service from either your pre-paid or post-paid Mobitel connection.
2. State your name, national ID number, doctor's name and the name of the hospital you wish to visit.
3. You will then be given a reference number.
4. Full details of your appointment will be confirmed via SMS.
