The eChannelling process:

1. Dial 225 to access the Mobitel eChannelling service
2. State your name, national ID number, doctor's name and the name of the hospital you wish to visit.
3. You will then be given a reference number.
4. Full details of your appointment will be confirmed via SMS.

Charges:
Shortcode charges, the doctor's fee and the hospital fee along with the channelling fee in every successful booking. These fees will be added to your bill.
