Please note that it is compulsory to register your Mobitel connection in compliance with the Regulations laid out by the Ministry of Defence.

SMART recharge cards are available at Any Mobitel Branch, Mobitel @Singer Mega Outlets, Mobitel @SLT Teleshops, Mobitel @ SLT Regional Telecom Offices, Mobitel Authorised Dealer outlets, Post Offices, Singer Plus outlets , Sisil showrooms and Retail Stores Island wide.

Prior to purchasing a SMART Recharge card make sure grey band at the back of the recharge card has not been scratched.

Once you have purchased your recharge card, scratch the grey band at the back of the recharge card to view the 14-digit PIN. Please refrain from using sharp objects when you SCRATCH the recharge card, it is advisable to use a Coin.

Ways to recharge using the recharge card

• By Calling 141
  
  Call 141 on your phone and Listen to the Voice recording and press 2, Follow the Instructions and Press the 14 Digit PIN through your Key Pad and Press the # (Hash) Key on the phone


• Through USSD Short Code
  
  Press *102* and type the 14 Digit PIN then the #(Hash) Key and press the "OK" or "SEND" or "CALL" Button on the phone
  
  E.g: Dial *102*XXXXXXXXXXXXXX#


• Through SMS
  
  SMS your 14 Digit PIN from your phone to 141
  
  Or
  
  TYPE the 14 Digit PIN#SMART Mobitel number you wish to recharge and SMS it to 141 from another Mobitel phone
  
  E.g.: If you want to recharge Mobile number 0712345678,
  SMS XXXXXXXXXXXXXX#0712345678 to 141
