Mobitel introduces special rates from Mobitel to Mobitel (M2M) for the SMART Pre Paid community - Sri Lanka's revolutionary Pre-Paid service

Mobitel is proud to introduce the M2M special, which is an attractive pricing method for users within the SMART community, enabling them to enjoy special rates for communication amongst Mobitel users.

This revised pricing will apply for outgoing Video/Voice calls, SMS and MMS, enabling SMART users to stay connected and derive the highest benefits from their SMART connection. The new pricing method is as follows:

• SMART users will enjoy "Day Time Surprise" (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.) where M2M outgoing Video/Voice calls are reduced to Rs 2/- per min. This is in addition to the prevailing "Night Time Surprise" (11 pm-6 am) where all outgoing Video/Voice calls are Rs 2/- . Please note, the rate that will apply between 6 pm- 11 pm is Rs 5/-.
• M2M SMS is charged at Rs 1/- throughout the day.
• M2M Video SMS is charged at Rs 1/- throughout the day
• M2M MMS is charged at Rs 2/- throughout the day.
• SMART 5 users already enjoy free incoming Video/Voice calls from other Mobitel callers.
• SMART loyal users will enjoy an additional discount of up to 20% on the rates above, depending on the duration of their stay in the network.
• Earn 1 point on each rupee you spend on your local or IDD Video/Voice calls on SMART connection and enjoy yourself a Free bundle of Video/Voice calls and SMS every 30 days

This revised pricing system is designed to give the best for our customers in order to reward and have our customer's best interest at heart.
