Get your own fax number and send, receive, store and forward faxes from wherever you are!

How it works
An SMS alert will notify you with sender's number, date and time
Forward your faxes to any email address or fax machine direct from your Mobitel phone.

How to Send faxes:

• Sending individual faxes:
  
  PC to Fax
  
  1. Go to www.mobitel.lk/mfax
  2. Then click on "My Account"
  3. Enter your mobile number and password
  4. Click on "compose"
  5. Type your message and browse and attach the document you want to send
  6. Type the recipient's fax number
  7. Click send.

  Charges: Rs.5/- per min to a local number and Rs.30/- per min to an international number



• Sending group faxes:
  
  mFAX Broadcasting
  
  1. You can create contact lists to send the same fax to multiple numbers
  2. You can make maximum of 5 groups with up to 20 unique numbers in total
  
  

  Charges per recipient: Rs.5/- per min to a local number, Rs.30/- per min to an international number



• Special Feature - SMS to mFAX
  
  
  1. Type an SMS on your Mobitel phone
  2. Send it to the recipient's mFAX number
  3. The mFAX customer will receive your SMS as an mFAX
  
  

  Charges: Normal SMS rates would apply

How to subscribe:

• By sending "mFax" to 7575 The monthly subscription and usage charge will be added to your bill value.

• By visiting any Mobitel branch or outlets

mFAX Packages
By default you would be using the 'Standard Package'.
