Mobitel Post Paid customers can enjoy the facility of roaming while travelling abroad, on the same mobile number as they use locally.

 How to Activate

Destination Deposit Amount:
Refundable deposit on roaming is now Rs.25,000/- to all countries.

• Copy of passport
• Company letter if the account is under a corporate account

Credit Limit:
The credit limit while roaming is equivalent to the roaming deposit.

Phone Compatibility:
Renting of compatible phones is available at destination airports.
Certain destinations would require different handsets as they rely on different systems.

Eg: USA / Canada - Tri-band
      Japan / Korea - 3G (WCDMA)
