Getting an IDD connection

IDD is deposit free for all SMART customers. Post Paid customers can also enjoy deposit free IDD# upon completing 6 months^ in the network+. Post Paid customers who had been with the network for less than 6 months, a refundable deposit+ of Rs.2000/- is required.

Making a Buddy call:

6 months – Should be without disconnections.

Deposit free IDD – Customers can enjoy IDD calls up to the value of their credit limit without placing an additional deposit.

Refundable deposit - This is refundable upon completing 6 months. However credit limit will be reduced by Rs.2000/=

How to make a Video Call
Video Calling is simple! You and your friend both need to have 3G mobile phones. Dial the IDD number and select the choice- Video Call. Voila! Now you can see your friend on the mobile screen!

Receiving a Video Call
When you’re receiving a video call, your phone will indicate a specific icon on your screen. Press the Video Call button to take your video call. If you like to have a normal call with your caller, simply turn off the camera.

SLT Mobitel Max Talk

Max Talk is an International Telephone Card which can be used to make International calls using any phone line in the country. Call via your Mobitel Connection and you can gain toll-free access to the local service provider

Obtaining a MAX Talk Card

Cards are available at all Teleshops, regional Telecom offices and Mobitel branches

Guide lines on how to make a call via SLT Max talk

1. Scratch the panel for PIN
2. Dial Access Nos. 1266 from your Mobitel phone for TOLL FREE access.
3. Follow instructions given by voice prompts for local & International calls.
4. For Assistance dial 1243
