Mobitel to sponsor The Relay Carnival 2007

Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel is the proud sponsor of The Relay Carnival 2007, which will be held on the 8th, 9th and 10th of June at the Sugathadasa Stadium.

The Relay Carnival is a national event which has been considered one of the best calendar events by schools and top athletes in the country. The participants for this event consist of athletes of all age groups and categories, including the Under-12 Age Group and Men and Women Open. This event will attract talented athletes from around the island.

This event is organized jointly by The Athletic Association of Sri Lanka; the governing body of Athletics and the Schools Athletic Association. As always high participation and high levels of competition is expected for this much looked forward to event.

Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel as The National Mobile Service Provider comes forward once again to support an event of this scale which promotes a positive national sentiment, thus fulfilling the objective of promoting culture and sport in Sri Lanka.
