Mobitel embarked on its most recent journey of change three years ago, which has seen the company emerge as the number two player in the industry, recognized both in Sri Lanka and the region not only for its consumer pull but also cutting edge technology.

As a company, we have been guided by our business philosophy of "We Care. Always.", as we strive to mould Mobitel into a truly customer-centric organization which caters to our customer needs, wants, and dreams. It is heartening to note the passion with which the majority of our Mobitel team participated in the formation of the new Vision, Mission and Values. This reflects the belief that each and every one of us at Mobitel has an important role to play in taking this company forward. This can be achieved by embracing a set of common values.

Our common focus will also further crystallize our culture to one of caring, sharing, and delivering whilst giving the team direction as we work towards our goal to LEAD.

I am a firm believer that, as Mahatma Gandhi said, we must be the change we want to see in the world.

I encourage the entire Mobitel team to put these beliefs into practice and join hands to make a change!
